Broadwell
Location: Private Residence, Oxfordshire
Services Provided: Entrance Hall, Living Room, and Bedrooms
RN Bespoke Joinery & Cabinetry created storage cupboards in the rear entrance hall that extend from the floor to the ceiling. They are painted grey-white and have wooden handles: these beautiful cupboards house coats, hats, wellies, and walking boots.
We also created a custom television stand that reaches from the floor to the ceiling, with bookshelves and cupboards underneath. This piece is painted a tasteful duck egg green and has bronze knobs.
Upstairs, one bedroom now has hanging space with cupboard storage underneath. We also built a walk-in wardrobe for the children, including easily accessible drawers.
Burford
Location: Private Residence, Cotswolds
Services Provided: Kitchen and Sitting Area
RN Bespoke Joinery & Cabinetry designed and created this fully equipped kitchen in the Cotswolds. The cupboards are sprayed in a beautiful Farrow & Ball blue called Inchyra Blue No. 289 and white called Shaded White No. 201.
Its tall pantry cupboards have custom shelving for herbs and spices. The low cupboards, wall-mounted cabinets and beautiful wooden shelves for espresso cups are also custom-made and painted light blue or white to keep the space bright.
The central feature is a bespoke kitchen island with a wine cooler.
In the sitting area, we constructed a tall bookshelf that reaches from the floor to the ceiling. There is cupboard space underneath, and it features glass knobs for added style.
Charlbury Road
Location: Private Residence, Oxfordshire

This full-height wardrobe is both stylish and practical. It is made of high-quality oak and features a warm, natural finish with elegant brass knobs. The rich wood grain adds charm whilst enhancing durability.
The wardrobe includes several sections for easy storage:
- Drawer Units: At the bottom, there are two deep drawers perfect for folded clothes, accessories, or seasonal items
- Cupboard Space: The main area has six tall cupboards with a mix of hanging space and shelves
- Full Hanging Sections: These provide plenty of space for suits, coats, and dresses
- Adjustable Shelves: Ideal for shoes, folded clothes, boxes, or bedding
- Overhead Cupboards: These utilise the high ceiling for items you rarely use or bulkier linens
A custom wardrobe like this is perfect for a master bedroom, guest suite, or walk-in dressing room, providing hidden organisation.
Designed specifically for the space, it is built to fit seamlessly under the sloped ceiling and in corner areas, maximising room usage while maintaining a stylish appearance.
Cotswolds Kitchen
Location: Private Residence, Oxfordshire
Services Provided: Kitchen
The beautiful under-sink cabinets are custom-fitted around a deep Belfast basin. The kitchen features a spacious island and floor-to-ceiling cupboard space. A made-to-measure herb and spice cupboard is adorned with lovely golden handles. The deep drawers conceal the cutlery drawer, all meticulously designed and assembled.
Dulwich
Location: Private Residence, Dulwich, London
Services Provided: Child’s Bedroom
Funky Little Darlings, an award-winning interior design company, designed this beautiful child’s bedroom and playroom.
We were contracted to handcraft the furniture, knowing that adults would likely enjoy the space as well. You can just imagine telling bedtime stories here.
RN Bespoke Joinery & Cabinetry built the stylish wooden staircase with convenient storage underneath the landing. The staircase leads to a second-level mezzanine. As children climb the steps, they can see through a safety wall, preventing falls while adding excitement.
The second level features a cosy bedding area; for the more adventurous, there is a mini area complete with a rope floor and ladder. Above and below the staircase, we incorporated bookshelves of various sizes to accommodate books, puzzles, and games.
The project also included a fitted desk on the main floor where children can enjoy colouring, painting, and reading. The desk has built-in storage space above to make the post-play cleanup easy.
This child’s bedroom puts the fun in functional!
Fulbrook
Location: Private Residence, Cotswolds
Services Provided: Office and Bedroom Wardrobes
We created this double office area featuring two built-in desks, a floor-to-ceiling bookshelf, and a TV cabinet. Each desk has drawer space, specially designed for files and small stationery items.
Upstairs, we installed custom floor-to-ceiling wardrobes on one side of the bedroom, specifically designed to fit the shape of the ceiling. Each wardrobe features discreet LED light strips that turn on automatically via sensors when the cupboard doors are opened.
In the centre of the double wardrobe, there is a vanity area with additional LED lighting. Surrounding the vanity seating are drawers that can hold personal items.
A special thanks to the onsite electrician for their assistance in creating the beautiful lighting.
Hampstead
Location: Private Residence, Hampstead, London

Funky Little Darlings, an award-winning interior design, decor, and furnishings company specialising in fabulous kids’ rooms, designed this child’s bedroom. RN Bepsoke Joinery & Cabinetry was thrilled to collaborate with them on this project.
All from wood, we crafted a raised bed area with a custom staircase for easy access. For safety, railings were added around the bed to prevent falls. Below the bed, a cosy play area with a swing and handmade shelves makes the room more spacious.
Northmoor Road, Oxford
Location: Private Residence, Oxford

RN Bespoke Joinery & Cabinetry used our in-house joinery skills to create the furniture for rooms in this beautiful home in Oxford. Riach Architects designed the rooms, and House & Table Interior Design designed the furniture. Find House & Table on Instagram.
On the top floor, we fitted floor-to-ceiling wardrobes on both sides of this stunning dressing room. The wardrobes feature a wicker design in a light natural colour, framed with a soft Farrow & Ball shade called Sirabout No. 300, which gives the room a modern countryside feel. Long, black, high-quality handles add a sleek touch.
In the centre of the dressing room, we installed a large glass-topped island with high-quality drawers that open and close smoothly on premium runners. The island, featuring matching panelling and black hardware, complements the wardrobes and provides ample drawer space.
We incorporated discreet LED lighting in various areas around the dressing room to create a warm and comfortable atmosphere and provide light where it is needed.
An upholstered bespoke bench at the end of the island offers a lovely spot to sit while dressing.
In the entrance hall downstairs, which features high ceilings, we designed and installed custom cabinets in the alcove that extend from floor to ceiling. As we continued through the house, we also built two tall bookshelves that required a sliding ladder for access, evoking the charm of a traditional library.
At the back of the house, we designed and handmade a bespoke utility area with a floor-to-ceiling cupboard and crafted under-sink cabinets, perfectly fitting the available space.
South Leigh
Location: Private Residence, Oxfordshire

A bar was a requirement for this modern house, and we enjoyed designing striped wooden walls that enclose shelving for drinks bottles, beautifully displayed with uplighting. There is a sitting area with tall stools where you can enjoy the afternoons.
On either side of the drinks shelves are floor-to-ceiling cupboards for additional storage, which can include fridges for cold drinks.
We fully refitted the kitchen with bespoke cabinetry painted in dark blue and complemented with gorgeous bronze handles.
The kitchen features a walk-in pantry with custom shelving and an underfloor wine cellar. We’ve incorporated storage into every available space while ensuring it remains easily accessible and doesn’t compromise style.
Upstairs, we maintained the modern aesthetic by building a floor-to-ceiling wardrobe with a vanity desk in the centre. The cupboards continue above the vanity area, and on the edges of the wardrobe are shelves for displaying beautiful shoes, complete with lighting.
Woodstock
Location: Private Residence, Oxford

Beautiful, simple full-wall wardrobes to keep everything neatly hidden away. They boast gorgeous, bespoke drawers with stylish hinges and wooden handles, creating a sleek and sophisticated look. To one side is a floor-to-ceiling bookshelf where books are prominently displayed while clothes and other items are neatly tucked away.
