Richard Newman
Rich has a positive attitude that lifts the spirits of those around him. He is a skilled craftsman who takes pride in his work and consistently delivers high-quality results.

Ben Crossman
Ben is known for his attention to detail, which makes his work stand out in every project he takes on. He is a skilled designer who can turn ideas into beautiful visuals that inspire others. He has strong problem-solving skills, which help him overcome challenges quickly and creatively.
Even when under pressure, Ben stays calm and reassures those around him. He is also a talented cabinetmaker, creating functional and attractive pieces, showing his exceptional workmanship and passion for his craft.
Callum Cope
Callum works alongside Ben and Rich on all jobs. He is just about to finish NVQ Level 2 in carpentry and joinery. He is a keen learner and works well in the team.
